Annihilus - This item is only dropped from Über Diablo on the Battle.net Realms. It is only available on the Realms.
Gheed's Fortune - You can only have one Gheed's Fortune Charm in your inventory at a time. Note: (Single Player, Ladder Only). Gheed's Fortune exists on non-ladder because of past Ladder resets.
Hellfire Torch - You can only have one charm. Only spawns via doing a secret Pandemonium event. Firestorm is Diablo's Special Firestorm attack. The random character class skills are NOT based on the class played.
